How do I know you are serious traders?

We live and die trading. We trade live at our MasterTrader events in front of our audiences and all our traders trade the market's full time responsible for their own trading accounts.


When do the trade selections appear on LiveTradingFloor?

Most of the trade analysis is done outside market hours usually in the early morning before the UK market opens. The morning news feeds are checked to assess any possible impact on the trade selections and once this is done, it will appear on the site accessible to you. We aim to have all trade selections input into the system and viewable by you at no later that 7:45am allowing you ample time to assess and analyse the trades and prepare accordingly. We may also add other trade selections throughout the day in real-time.


So do I simply place every trade the traders do?

No. Trade ideas and strategies presented on this website are intended as a practical training tool. LiveTradingFloor.com has been designed for educational purposes and is not intended as a "tipping service". We do not provide investment advice or invite users to buy or sell any investments. If you decide to trade, you should be satisfied that the trading strategy which you apply and any trade you place is appropriate in light of our circumstances.

Account/System Questions

I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it and log in to the site?

At the bottom of the login screen, you will see a box labeled "Lost Password?". Enter your email address or user name. You will soon receive an e-mail with your password. If you do not receive your password within 30mins, or no longer have access to your e-mail account, then please contact us on +44 (0) 207 751 8900 and we will do everything we can to expedite your account recovery.


Can I sign up online?

You can register for a free account - which will provide you with access to the MidWeek Market. To get access to the full system, you need to contact us. Find out more here.


I need to change my account e-mail address/password. How do I do that?

Log in to the site with your old details and go to the "Your Email & Password" page. Enter your new email address and/or password in the box provided. Use the password for your login in the future. Your alerts and marketing email will now be sent to the new email address as indicated.


The site is very slow to access.

Our web service is run on a dedicated server, managed professionally. If you are experiencing traffic issues, it is more likely that the congestion is at your end of the bottle neck than ours. This is a major reason as to why we limit the number of concurrent logins to 1500. Under certain circumstances a frozen page can be one of our developers updating the site with extra functionality or a bug fix. This freeze will be temporary and we will warn you in advance of this where possible.


I was browsing the site and I received an error message. What should I do?

Under most circumstances the error message will be logged and then passed to our administrators without your intervention. If you feel you can give us more information on what occurred then please don't hesitate to fill in out contacts form, and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible.
